BRAIN HEALTH - UNDER ATTACK SOMETHINGS WRONG
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the rise in brain illnesses?
Seems like we’re hearing about more cases of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, and strokes than ever before. So many people are suffering!
I recently read where the World Health Organization (WHO) reported that over 1 in 3 people have been affected by some type of neurological condition which is the leading cause of illnesses and disabilities worldwide. Something is definitely plaguing our brain.
Remember, the brain is different from the mind, and thoughts. The brain is a physical organ, whereas our mind/thoughts are mental elements.
Although the brain is physical, it is still subject to spiritual influences. Just as we are physical but are subject to spiritual influences.
The brain controls our entire neurological system; what we think, feel, learn, remember, how we move, talk, our heartbeat and digestive system.
The brain is just as key to our livelihoods as our heart. Our brain is the CPU and Motherboard of all activity. No brain no thoughts.
When a virus attacks a computer, it doesn’t go after the keyboard, mouse or monitors, it goes straight for the CPU and Motherboard.
It wants to crash the system! Erase information! Destroy your identity!
If I were an enemy of mankind, I would surely attack the brain, because it directs all thought and activity. The brain is the core of our humanity.
Here are some of the top neurological health issues that we face: stroke, brain injury, migraines, epilepsy, dementia, diabetic neuropathy, meningitis, autism spectrum disorder, and nervous system cancers.
There seems to be a greater loss of men than women.
I recently read about a man who had surgery to receive a brain implant. A chip was placed in his brain, BCI, Brain Computer Interface.
Something or someone wants our brain. They want the power that it has.
Earlier I mentioned that the brain, though a physical organ, is subject to spiritual influences. Everything Natural/Physical has a Spiritual origin.
The Bible bears this TRUTH out in 2 Timothy 1:17

Okay, pardon the interruption, we can continue, …but he did give us Power, Love, and a SOUND MIND. This infers that God gave us things that we lost or were stolen.
These were things that were lost or stolen in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve believed the lies told to them by that subtle stranger.
As a result of those lies, we lost Power, Love and our Minds.
We can all attest that when something tragic happens, we lose our mind.
But God through Jesus gave us back everything we lost.
I call it the Great Exchange. For our timidity we received Gods Power, for our shame we got Gods Love, for our craziness, a Sound Mind.
Power, Love we get. But what is a SOUND MIND? I’m glad you asked.
The Greek word is sophronismos, which is a self-controlled mind. Not one controlled by society, social media/man. Not a mind out of control.
But a self-controlled mind, one that is able to discern and know Truth.
If you are struggling and unable to discern Truth, then you need to go to God immediately and ask Him for your Sound Mind that he promised.
Our brain is clearly under siege. We are holding some terrible things in and it’s infecting as well as affecting us. There’s a battle taking place in our brain and it’s a fight for life!
