BRAIN SURGERY

For some, the idea of Brain Surgery would be a scary proposition.

Would you be willing to allow someone to put a knife into your brain? What are the risks? What could be gained? What are some alternatives?

So many questions, and even more speculation.

For many who have brain tumors, abnormal blood vessels, blood clots, brain bleed, epilepsy, movement disorders, infections and traumatic injuries, brain surgery offers them the opportunity to live a normal life again.

It has been reported that brain surgery itself is not painful, because the brain does not have pain receptors. It’s interesting to note that the brain cannot detect or recognize when something is harmful to it. It needs help

With advancements in medicine brain surgery is improving, thank God!

Today I want to talk about self-performed brain surgery.

The procedure is Spiritual Brain Surgery; and it will provide the help the brain needs to protect itself from what is harmful to it.

This type of surgery does not require a surgeon or surgical knife, but it will require the usage of sharp Truth. Allow me to explain.

According to Hebrews 4:12, the Word of God, is living, and it is active, and it is full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]

It is sharper than any two-edged sword in this world, penetrating as deep as to divide the soul from the spirit [revealing the complete person]

As well as joints from marrow, or bone from bone marrow cutting to [the deepest parts of our nature] exposing and revealing the very thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

The reference to the Word of God, being like a sword, is akin to that of a knife with surgical precision, a Spiritual Scalpel if you will. This type of special Spiritual Scalpel is what is required to help separate our thoughts from our feelings, and only Gods Word can do that!

You might be wondering, Why would anyone need Spiritual Brain Surgery?  Well, I’ll tell you in just two simple words, BRAIN ROT!

Brain Rot is not a medical term, but it is a medically recognized issue with severe Natural and Spiritual complications.

Many recent studies have linked excessive online content consumption to cognitive mental & intellectual health issues.

Simply put, we get Brain Rot from trying to consume every piece of frivolous content that gets posted and it is killing us!

There is so much senseless information being consumed that it is deteriorating the very brain faculties needed to help solve real life issues.

According to the Oxford University Press, Brain Rot recorded a 230% increase due to consumption of low-quality online content in usage between 2023 and 2024.  “Brain Rot” was the word of the year for 2024.

We should be as equally concerned with what goes into our brain as we are with what goes into our body!

As I often state, many of our mental and medical issues have Spiritual roots. We are constantly being overloaded and bombarded with toxic junk and it’s crashing and crushing our Spirit.

There is a lot of medical disinformation on social media out there, many have cited TikTok as one of the main culprits regarding subjects like IVF, Autism, IBS, ED, Gynecological cancer, and Monkey pox to name just a few.

Cyber psychology is also ruining a lot of lives by offering minimal information and quick solutions for generational trauma. You need to see a licensed, board-certified professional therapist. I do!

There is a move afoot to control or destroy humanity as we know it. Kill, Steal, and Destroy, is the battle cry coming from the enemy’s camp.

So then, what’s the answer? Spiritual Brain Surgery! using TRUTH as the scalpel.

We must intentionally rewire our brain through mindful faith and deliberate devotion.

Noted neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman a professor at Stanford University had this to say, “our brains are plastic, and we have the ability to change and shape them throughout our entire lives.”

The Bible calls it renewing your mind. Mind referenced here is brain.

“Be continually renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude.” Ephesians 4:23
